Impact of our Future Leaders Programme
Future Leaders nurtures the knowledge, confidence and practical skills of young people from disadvantaged backgrounds, so they can tackle their communities' problems head on.
Exceptional children from rural and marginalised communities in Zambia, India and Nepal, each selected at age 11 and supported through an 8 year leadership pathway.
More than 9 in 10 alumni live and work in their country of origin - producing brain GAIN for the Global South.
Driving change locally and globally, contributing to all 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Scholarship funding won by Future Leaders for university degrees. Value multiplier on Pestalozzi's investment in their schooling.
Future Leaders are up to 15 times more likely to earn a university degree than peers from comparable communities - nearly seven in ten of our alumni hold a tertiary qualification.
