Zambia
Empowered young adults lead their communities into a brighter tomorrow.
Our programmes in Zambia provide academic knowledge to the poorest children alongside essential social skills like empathy, critical thinking and creativity. A strong emphasis on vocational training equips young people with in-demand skills for sustainable futures.
Why we are here
Extreme poverty, early marriage and cultural expectations keep young people - particularly girls - out of school. Where education is accessible, it often lacks the vocational training needed for sustainable livelihoods.
Our approach
Future Leaders residential scholarships, SkillsHub vocational training for teenagers and young mothers, and our own Pestalozzi Academy in Lusaka - a working model of Head, Heart and Hands education.
