Catherine's journey with Pestalozzi International began with a single, life-changing opportunity. Like many of the young people we support, Catherine grew up facing significant barriers - economic hardship, limited access to quality schooling, and few role models who had been through higher education.

Through the holistic Pestalozzi approach - "Head, Heart, and Hands" - Catherine gained not only academic knowledge but the confidence, resilience, and life skills needed to thrive beyond the classroom. Mentors and alumni helped shape Catherine's aspirations around resilience and self-belief, and the wider Pestalozzi community provided a sense of belonging that continues to this day.
